About

OCD and anxiety can make life feel painfully stuck and like you’re no longer in control of your thoughts, your time, or even your own decisions. You just want to feel some relief, to be able to relax without the constant noise in your head. But where do you even begin? What is the first step? And how could it possibly lead to peace of mind when everything feels so unmanageable and overwhelming?

You don’t have to untangle it all at once. We’ll take it one step at a time with support, structure, and a path forward that helps you reclaim a sense of calm and confidence in your life.

Brenda Bailey, PhD, LP

Individual CBT/ERP

Dr. Bailey is a licensed psychologist with over a decade of experience treating the most severe and complex cases of OCD and anxiety. This experience has solidified her specialization in exposure and response prevention (ERP), the gold standard treatment for OCD. She does not believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, Dr. Bailey works collaboratively with each client to build a plan that fits their values, pace, and goals.

“In my approach, you’re in the driver’s seat, and I am here to read the map to your destination. I’ve seen what this disorder can take away; it can be devastating. I have also witnessed many, many people make incredible progress. My goal is to help you find your balance and return to what matters most to you.”

Loved Ones of Those Struggling with OCD/Anxiety

Dr. Bailey also supports the loved ones of those struggling with OCD. Anxiety doesn’t just affect one person; anxiety and OCD ripple through families and relationships. If your life has been impacted by your loved one’s symptoms, you’re not sure how to help, and wonder if you’re making things worse despite how much you want the person to get well, you’re not alone. Together, we work to understand what’s happening, reduce distress, and find practical, supportive ways to respond.

“Over and over again I have seen how OCD impacts not just the individual, but the entire family well-being. So many well-intentioned loved ones are stuck between wanting to help and not knowing how best to help, and they have no guidance or resources. I am passionate about improving the family’s well-being along with symptom reduction for the person suffering with OCD and anxiety, as they go hand-in-hand.”
